KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) is the seller of all the products offered for sale on this website.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. We do not guarantee the availability of all products advertised on the website. The products offered for sale on the website do not represent any binding offer by us but only a request for the customer to submit a binding offer on purchasing the goods listed in the order. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation after the order has been received. This email will only be a notice of receipt of placement of the order and will not constitute acceptance of the order. Please note that a sales contract between you and KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) as regards to the goods shall be formed after you receive a shipping confirmation.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices shown on the website represent the price of the products displayed on the website at the time of the order, except if obviously incorrect. Online shop prices are not guaranteed to correspond to prices of Kluuvikatu 3 store or resellers. We may change the prices at any time without prior notice. The prices include a value-added tax on the rate currently applicable. The amount of the value-added tax will appear during the checkout process. Prices do not include the charges for delivery and handling, which shall be separately calculated and shown in the total of your order before the order may be placed (please see below for Delivery Charges).
The website may use third party providers to verify your payment and the customer may be directed to third-party sites, which have their own privacy policies. Any data provided to third-party sites will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of those third parties.
Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. The products shall not be shipped prior to the card issuer’s acceptance of the use for the purchase. Ownership of the products shall vest with KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) until the products are paid in full.
Payment methods
When you are ready to pay, please go to Payment-site. When you have returned to webshop, the order has been paid and the order is ready to be processed. You will get an order confirmation to your e-mail. We are using Paytrail Oyj for processing payments and accept the following payment methods:
Cards
We accept Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard-, Debit MasterCard – and American Express -cards. On your monthly statement, Paytrail Oyj will appear as the merchant, and they will forward the payment safely directly to us. The credit card details will not be saved on our data system.
Online Bank Payments in Finland (not Åland)
We accept all Finnish bank payments. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, and S-pankki.
Mobile Payments
We accept mobile payments such as Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto.
DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
We’re happy to ship to Finland (not Åland) and to all EU countries
Delivery times and prices may vary depending on the location the products will be delivered to. We use Posti and DHL Express Worldwide for deliveries in European Union and Posti and DHL Express for deliveries within Finland.
The products will be delivered to the address given by the customer in the order. After the order has been processed and shipped we will not make any changes to the delivery address. Estimated delivery times and charges are indicated here below. If the processing of the order will be delayed, we will inform you of the new estimated delivery time within 3 working days from placing the order. Please note that we are unable to affect the delivery times of DHL or Finnish Post.

Post parcel (3-7 working days): 9,90 euros. Dispatch day is Tuesday.
DHL Express (1-3 working days): 25,00 euros. Dispatch day is Tuesday.
EU:
Post parcel (3-7 working days): 9,90 euros. Dispatch day is Tuesday.
DHL Express Worldwide (1-3 working days): 25,00 euros. Dispatch day is Tuesday.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY IN FINLAND

Your returned or exchanged products cannot be replaced. Please set up a new order online.
All our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from your notice. You are responsible for the costs of returns or exchange. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and the product tags in place and intact. You may of course try on the product, but we cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the product has been clearly worn.
When the customer returns a product ordered from the web shop, and unless otherwise agreed, we shall return the respective payment with an aim to use the same method of payment used by the customer when making the original transaction.
If the value of your order exceeds 400 euros, the return will be free of charge.

The product prices are shown in connection with product introductions. Our prices include the VAT. The VAT sum is shown in the order confirmation and the basket. KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) will reserve the right to cancel any order due to a clear error in pricing, e.g. if there is no price at all for the product or if the price given clearly differs from the real price of the product.
ONLINE GIFT CARD
The gift card can be used in KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) online store and also in the Kluuuvikatu 3 store in Helsinki. It is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. The gift card will be emailed to you. You cannot buy a new giftcard with the giftcard.
FORCE MAJEURE
If KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) fails to comply with the terms and conditions or provision of services hereunder because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as, but not limited to, labour strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, shall such circumstances result in relief from damages and other measures. Should such a situation arise, we will notify the customer of the circumstances as soon as possible. If such circumstances last for over two (2) months, the transaction may be canceled by both of the parties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please note, that KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) cannot guarantee the pictures on the website to display color, proportion, or detail with 100 % accuracy. We cannot guarantee the 100% accuracy of the size measurements.
KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, deficiencies or other effects, delays or lack of correctness of the information contained in the online shop. KKarvinen.com (AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) does not accept any liability except the specific liabilities expressed in the applicable law for suitability of the items for your particular purpose. These sales terms together with all other policies of KKarvinen.com /AnnKai/Oy Kati Karvinen) will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Finnish law and the relevant courts of Finland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
